The Ayutthaya Floating Market is a traditional style Thai market designed mainly for the locals but also to attract the tourist. Wooden walkways and bridges take you around the small shops scattered throughout the market. It is located on the outskirts of Ayutthaya. You can take a Tuk Tuk to the markets from the city but you will probably need to walk back to the main roadway to catch a return trip.
